Nicole Entenza, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Clinical Supervisor
Nicole is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized mental health care within our community. She obtained her Post-Master’s Certificate as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from National University in San Diego, CA, in 2022. Nicole completed the Nurse Practitioner Residency Program at the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System in North Las Vegas, NV, in 2024. Prior to advancing to a psychiatric nurse practitioner role, Nicole devoted 14 years as a board-certified psychiatric registered nurse in both inpatient and outpatient settings, catering to diverse patient populations. Nicole’s focus is on medication management for adult patients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, PTSD, depression, mood disorders, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, and substance use disorders. She is committed to a patient-centered care philosophy, which emphasizes the active involvement of individuals in their mental health journeys. Nicole’s approach fosters a collaborative environment where she and her patients work together to make informed decisions, carefully balancing evidence-based treatments with individual preferences and safety considerations to ensure the delivery of the highest quality care.
Jen Tan, M.Ed., CCC-SLP, CNP

Jen has been working in the medical field for over 10 years. She has a Master's from North Carolina Central University and Bachelor's from The Ohio State University. Jen brings extensive experience in managing teams of healthcare professionals and overseeing office operations. With a successful track record of leadership, she has directed both clinical teams and administrative staff, ensuring efficient high-quality care delivery. As the owner of various businesses, Jen has a deep understanding of the healthcare system's financial and operational aspects, allowing clients to navigate their health journey seamlessly. Driven by a passion for helping individuals achieve their best health, Jen is committed to supporting clients across various medical disciplines and blends expertise with a compassionate, client-centered approach. By fostering collaboration among medical teams and prioritizing patient care, Jen ensures that every aspect of the healthcare experience is tailored for success and well-being.
