Nicole Entenza, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Clinical Supervisor


Nicole is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized mental health care within our English and Spanish-speaking community. She obtained her Post-Master’s Certificate as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from National University in San Diego, CA, in 2022. Nicole completed the Nurse Practitioner Residency Program at the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System in North Las Vegas, NV, in 2024. Prior to advancing to a psychiatric nurse practitioner role, Nicole devoted 14 years as a board-certified psychiatric registered nurse in both inpatient and outpatient settings, catering to diverse patient populations. Nicole’s focus is on medication management for adult patients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, PTSD, depression, mood disorders, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, grief and bereavement, and substance use disorders. She is also dedicated to inclusive, gender-affirming care, and is experienced in supporting and collaborating with individuals across the LGBTQIA+ community. She is committed to a patient-centered care philosophy, which emphasizes the active involvement of individuals in their mental health journeys. She incorporates behavior modification, brief solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing to help clients create meaningful, sustainable change. Nicole’s approach fosters a collaborative environment where she and her patients work together to make informed decisions, carefully balancing evidence-based treatments with individual preferences and safety considerations to ensure the delivery of the highest quality care.

Brandi Yund, MSN, PMHNP-BC
 

Brandi Yund, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of nursing experience across diverse clinical settings. She provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management for adult patients, integrating evidence-based practice with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Brandi earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Eastern Kentucky University (2019), following completion of her BSN at the University of Texas at Arlington. She is ANCC board-certified and holds active APRN licensure in Ohio and Oregon. Her clinical background spans inpatient psychiatry, outpatient community mental health, telehealth services, correctional mental health, and major academic medical centers. In addition to psychiatric practice, Brandi’s early career included critical care, emergency services, transplant, corrections, and medical-surgical nursing—experience that enables her to skillfully assess and manage patients with complex medical comorbidities alongside psychiatric conditions. Brandi is especially committed to serving diverse and underserved populations, including rural communities, LGBTQ+ individuals, and culturally distinct groups such as the Amish community. She emphasizes trauma-informed care, collaborative treatment planning, and shared decision-making. Her telehealth expertise further enhances access and continuity of care for patients who may otherwise face barriers to treatment. Known for her ability to build strong therapeutic rapport, Brandi works closely with interdisciplinary teams—including physicians, therapists, and case managers—to ensure coordinated, whole-person care. Her practice prioritizes safety, dignity, and evidence-based interventions to support long-term mental wellness and recovery
